HI! I'M PRISCILA!

I'm a fully certified Personal Trainer and fitness nutrition specialist, born and raised in Brazil.

Despite being active most of my life, I struggled with eating disorders and low self esteem, along with some health issues that were nagging. After moving to the United States, I met David Perez (Co-founder of the Bear Cave) and he taught me how to heal both body and mind through real foods and drenching workouts as well as the craft of Personal Training. Proper exercise and nutrition became my wildest passion.

As a mom of two teenage girls, I strive to set an example at home of the importance of self love, good nutrition and body movement. I decided to become a Personal Trainer to help other people heal and feel good about themselves.

Life is full of ups and downs and while we can’t always control what goes on around us, we can definitely control how we take care of our bodies! During a good workout I am able to channel my feelings into movement and I always come out in a state of extreme happiness. Fitness to me is about how you feel rather than how you look. And workouts have to be fun! Once you start enjoying the endorphin ride, the looks will come with it as a bonus!
